TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Minxson offers investment services (the "Services") strictly under the following Terms and Conditions. By opening an account, you (the "Client") agree to these Terms, which may be amended after prior notice at Minxson’s sole discretion.

  1. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

These Terms govern all transactions carried out through the Client’s account. References to this Agreement include all annexes and disclosures published on the Minxson platform.

  1. ACCOUNT OPENING & VERIFICATION

Clients must provide accurate information and undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Minxson reserves the right to request identity documents and to refuse or terminate accounts at its discretion.

  1. TRADING CONDITIONS

Trading can be performed via the internet platform, and transactions will be executed based on Minxson’s quotes. No advisory services are provided, and Clients bear full responsibility for their trades. Minxson may add, suspend, or remove instruments at its discretion.

  1. MARGIN REQUIREMENTS

Clients must maintain sufficient margin in their account. Minxson may alter margin requirements and limit exposure or positions held. Deposits may be made via approved methods such as cryptocurrencies or bank transfers.

  1. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY

Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Minxson is not liable for unauthorized access unless caused by its negligence. Auto-trading software and disruptive devices are prohibited.

  1. WITHDRAWALS AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Clients may request withdrawals using the method of original deposit, subject to compliance and approval. Withdrawals are only allowed to verified accounts held in the client’s name. Accounts may be closed upon request following fund clearance.

  1. FEES AND COMMISSIONS

Transaction fees, interest spreads, and inactivity fees may apply. Dormant accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee. Details are provided on the Minxson website or upon request.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Minxson is not liable for platform outages, internet failures, or third-party service interruptions. Trading is conducted at the Client’s risk.

  1. COMMUNICATIONS

Official communications may be sent via email, platform notifications, or postal mail. Clients must ensure their contact information is accurate and current.

  1. MODIFICATIONS

Minxson may revise these Terms with notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws under which Minxson operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction designated by Minxson.
